All Products are subject to availability. In the event that a Product is not available after you place an order, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option to cancel the order or choose an alternative Product.
3. Orders
3.1. Order Process:
To place an order, the Customer must follow the steps outlined on our website. After submitting an order, the Customer will receive an email confirming receipt of the order. This email does not constitute acceptance of the order.
3.2. Order Acceptance:
The acceptance of an order is confirmed when we send a shipping confirmation email to the Customer. We reserve the right to refuse any order, including in cases of payment issues, errors in Product description or availability, or if the order appears fraudulent.
3.3. Cancellation of Orders:
The Customer may cancel their order before it has been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, the Customer may return the Product in accordance with our Return Policy.

: The Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer during the order process. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and are provided as a guide only. Collage Collections Paris is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances.

We ship to various countries outside of France. The Customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with international shipments.
6. Returns and Refunds

The Customer has the right to return Products within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with French consumer law. The Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the Product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned Products. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
